TrueMapData
TrueMapData is a Python library and tmd-process CLI for TrueMap and GelSight height maps. The repository covers binary I/O, filters and transforms, derived maps, defect detection, sequences, compression, visualisation and mesh export.
The toolkit also includes tribology and wear-oriented commands, with optional roughness support through Surfalize. The companion article explains where the data pipeline meets surface metrology and graphics.
